What are the preparations before using the splitter?

Before using the splitter, please read this manual carefully, which will make your machine run safely and smoothly. This machine is only used to separate the circuit board that passes through the V-shaped cut. Do not use it for other purposes. Under any circumstances, do not remove the protective plate around the blade of the splitter to avoid danger. During operation, do not wear loose clothes, and tie long hair to avoid being involved by the machine. According to the thickness of the circuit board, the height of the upper blade can be adjusted through the upper blade height adjustment knob. Confirm that the parts on the circuit board will not collide with the fuselage and blades. The relevant dimensions of the splitter are shown in the figure. The height of the parts on the circuit board must not exceed the range shown in the figure. If the parts on the circuit board come into contact with the blades, please contact our company for special machining of the blades to avoid cutting the parts.

Before using the splitter, check the items in the box, including the following parts: main machine, manual, power cord and hexagonal wrench, so as to make adjustments. After confirming that the power supply voltage is correct, turn on the power supply and start it. According to the height of the parts on the circuit board, adjust the tray to a suitable height and tighten it with the included hexagonal wrench. In order to prevent static electricity from damaging the parts on the circuit board, the machine should be reliably grounded. If the ground wire in the power socket is reliable and effective, it has been reliably grounded when the splitter is powered on. Remove the packaging bag of the machine, place the machine on a flat and solid work table, and wipe off the anti-rust grease on the machine blade.
